Lower back pain series  Starts Tuesday, April 17th @ 7.15pm

Learn safe and supportive exercises to strengthen your neck, upper back and shoulders.

Pranayama for Stress, Anxiety & Insomnia  Starts Thursday, April 12th @ 6pm

Pranayama is an ancient yogic practice of breath control, that clears energy blockages and assists you in deepening your meditation practice. Relax, open your lungs, calm your heart, balance hormones and calm your central nervous system.
